Digital Display & Boosting Engagement
Worked with a partner in the food delivery industry to create and execute digital display campaigns. My role was to design high-impact banners and responsive survey landing pages for web and mobile, being refreshed every fortnightly. Managing A/B Testing to optimise, monitoring performance, and boost order volume.
The Challenge
The campaign required balancing creativity with performance. The ads needed to leave a strong impression, increase click-through rates, and ultimately guide users through a seamless journey from booking their order to completing a form on the landing page.
My Approach
- Design with purpose: I crafted banner creatives tailored to the brand’s tone, ensuring they were both eye-catching and easy to understand.
- User flow focus: Each ad was designed to naturally guide users from impression → booking → landing page → form completion.
- Performance-driven visuals: The goal was not just aesthetics, but measurable engagement—driving clicks and gathering valuable data for optimization.
Results
The campaign successfully improved both impressions and CTR, creating a stronger connection between ad visuals and user actions. This allowed the team to gather meaningful data, refine targeting, and enhance conversion rates over time.
